Accelerate 2024: Landmark Announcements and Partner Opportunities

Fortinet and its partners turned the Accelerate 2024 event into a milestone conference earlier this month. The eagerly anticipated annual conference drew over 4,600 attendees, including over 2,300 Fortinet partners, to the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas.

This year’s theme was all about stepping into the Platform Era. All organizations would like to reduce operational costs while increasing their security posture. A cybersecurity platform approach can achieve this by integrating point products, reducing overhead, and enabling native automation across multiple products.

But not all platforms are created equal! Accelerate 2024 attendees engaged in deep-dive discussions into this, numerous cybersecurity issues and opportunities, Voice of the Customer sessions, and hands-on training workshops among other conference features.

Furthermore, Accelerate 2024 marked the official launch of FortiOS 7.6, which includes a managed services offering, AI-powered threat detection and response, data loss prevention (DLP) enhancements, and 20 new SD-WAN capabilities, among hundreds of platform advances.

The release of innovative solutions and features demonstrates the company's ongoing commitment to the platform.

During the conference, Fortinet received the CRN 5-Star Partner Program Award, a prestigious acknowledgment that positions Fortinet's channel program among the elite in IT for its comprehensive support and resources. This award is a clear indication of the high value Fortinet places on enhancing the growth, technical capabilities, and profitability of its partners.

Lastly, Fortinet announced their 2023 Partner of the Year award winners during the partner sessions. Fortinet's 2023 Partner of the Year Awards recognize exceptional cybersecurity sales and achievements in customer experience, collaboration, and marketing.
