As an MSSP, you know better than anyone the challenges organizations face in building and maintaining a strong security posture. Ransomware, malware and other cyberattacks have skyrocketed as cybercriminals educate themselves on your customers' industries and deploy extensive reconnaissance.

The rise of remote, hybrid, work-from-anywhere (WFA) policies has added another layer of complexity as companies struggle to provide edge security for mobile devices.

Speaking at the The Channel Company’s XChange August 2022 conference in Denver, Michael O’Brien, regional vice president of strategic routes to market at Fortinet, told his audience, “Cybersecurity has simply gotten too complicated, expensive and burdensome for most companies to handle.

“Businesses need help from others to deal with their cybersecurity woes. Fortinet and its channel partners can both benefit from that demand by working together to provide security products and services to customers,” O’Brien continued.

Fortinet launched its Offer Development program several months ago to help our partners boost their profitability while serving customers more efficiently. Essentially, Fortinet created teams of engineers to work with solution providers to bundle security products that can quickly be brought to market. The goal is to offer, via partners, broad, automated and affordable bundles to customers.

Currently, Fortinet’s Offer Development program focuses on Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), SD-WAN and Security Operation Centers (SOCs). In the future, Fortinet expects to add Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and cloud security solutions to its Offer Development program.

With an estimated shortage of 4 million cybersecurity workers globally, companies can’t afford to lose their security talent due to burnout1. You can help your customers deploy cybersecurity solutions faster while boosting your profitability and keeping your sanity.
